    Dedicated support for families implementing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems at home, with a specialized focus on PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System). As well as tailoring sessions to the specific needs of each student. These sessions are ideal for students who have been recommended an intensive reading program through an Psych-Ed or Students from Grade 5 and up who may need a more tailored approach.

    Self-Efficacy) framework, developed by Welch in 1992, alongside the Self-Regulated Strategy

    Development (SRSD) approach, to enhance students' written expression skills. Nicole

    understands the importance of creating a supportive and engaging environment for learners,

    utilising the PLEASE framework's emphasis on fostering motivation, self-confidence, and

    self-regulation. By incorporating SRSD, which involves explicit instruction, guided practice, and

    gradual release of responsibility, Nicole equips students with strategies for planning, organising,

    and revising their written work.
