Founded by Nicole Hagon, a UK-trained and qualified teacher, holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), specializing in special education. Nicole also holds the three part Special Education Specialist qualification in Canada, which closely translates to SENDCO (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator) training in the UK. This specialized qualification further enhances her ability to support students with diverse needs.

Her teaching certifications extend internationally, allowing her to teach in many countries, including the UK, Canada, the Philippines, and Dubai. In addition to her formal teaching qualifications, she has pursued extensive professional development in various specialized methods to better support neurodiverse students and those with learning differences. She hold certifications in Orton-Gillingham, Reading Mastery, and Lego Therapy, as well as expertise in Colourful Semantics and Picture Exchange Communication (PECS). Additionally, she is trained in Good Autism Practice, Team Teach, and other evidence-based strategies to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

With a wealth of experience across a variety of educational settings, Nicole has taught in UK public schools, special education environments, Waldorf (Steiner) alternative schools, as well as leading world-renowned private and independent schools. This diverse background has provided her with an in-depth understanding of how to meet the needs of students across various educational contexts.
